Test methods
ET – Eddy current method is meant for detection of surface discontinuities as well as faults under the surface. Due to speed of the measurement as well as the high sensitivity, the testing can be done manually or automatically, for example for controlling the elements on the production line.

UT – Ultrasonic method is used in testing during final receipt, production, final control or periodical testing during exploitation. The testing can be done manually, semi automatically or even fully automated (for example in quality control on a production line).

PT – This method allows for detection of discontinuities on the surface in non porous materials, elements and objects that were cast, extruded, welded, soldered, in both raw and processed state.

RT – Radiographic testing are thought to be the main method of non destructive testing when highest reliability of the results is necessary. This method allows the user to get an image of the tested object, either on the film or digitally.

MT – Magnetic particle testing are done in order to detect the discontinuities on the surface or faults under the surface of ferromagnetic materials. It is a fast and reliable technic for detection and determining the localization of discontinuities on and under the surface.
